About
FLUQXO is a Brazilian artificial intelligence and software company. We work on systems that can understand intent, retrieve information, use tools, plan steps, execute authorized actions, and verify results—not only generate text.
Our work spans language models, post-training, agents, tool use, memory and context, retrieval, automation, APIs, end-user and enterprise software, and research on models trained from scratch.
What we build
FLUQXO is the company, technology platform, and ecosystem. Its five entry points are:
- Shakk — conversation, research, and execution.
- Shakk Code — development, terminal, and local-agent workflows.
- FLUQXO API — programmatic integration.
- Enterprise — integration of AI into operational workflows.
- Research — models, evaluations, and technical development.
Search, intent refinement, memory, tool calling, and execution are capabilities of the platform rather than separate products.
Shakk
Shakk is FLUQXO's main AI product and user experience. A user interacts with one intelligence while the underlying system may select an appropriate model variant, tool, or strategy.
Its conceptual workflow is:
Request → Investigation → Action → Verification → Result
Not every request requires every stage. Product effort modes—Fast, Autonomous, and Deep—control how a task is approached; they are not model names.
Shakk model family
Shakk is also the name of FLUQXO's family of AI models. The family may include models derived from third-party base models and subjected to FLUQXO post-training, specialization, evaluation, behavioral adaptation, and training for agents or tools. When an external base model is used, its Model Card and license must be disclosed and respected.
The Shakk size classes are planned; no size, architecture, parameter count, benchmark, context length, pricing, or availability should be inferred from the family name. A model appears in this organization only after its artifact, provenance, evaluation, and license are ready for public release.
Agents and tool use
FLUQXO develops agent systems that combine context management, retrieval, tool calling, execution policies, and result verification. Our operational principles are to expose tool failures as failures and attach evidence to researched claims. Actions that can modify files, commands, or data operate under user-configured authorization policies and safety constraints.
Shakk Code
Shakk Code is Shakk operating as an agent in the user's terminal and development environment. It can work with files, search content, edit code, and run permitted commands inside a user-selected workspace and autonomy mode. It is an agent experience, not a separate model, and it may use different models behind the interface.
Shakk Code is currently Early Access. Pairing and local execution are active end to end; broader access and the inference layer supporting AI responses are still being rolled out.
FLUQXO API
The FLUQXO API is the programmatic interface to the platform and infrastructure. Its scope may include Shakk models, conversation, search, agents, tools, workspace resources, and other FLUQXO services. It remains under the FLUQXO name so it can grow beyond a single product.
Developer-console API-key creation, listing, revocation, plan visibility, and usage measurement are active. Full public model access authenticated only by an API key is in progressive release and is not represented here as generally available.
Model Engineering
FLUQXO's model-engineering work includes supervised fine-tuning, LoRA, model merging, instruction-dataset development, specialization, comparative evaluation, multi-turn conversational evaluation, behavioral refinement, and training for agents and tool use.
These are technical competencies. They are not presented as an additional product line, and no unpublished result is implied by this description.
AKIE Research
AKIE is FLUQXO's research and development line for models trained from scratch. Its scope includes Transformer architecture, tokenization, corpus construction and mixture, pre-training, scaling, context expansion, supervised fine-tuning, evaluation, agent behavior, and small-to-medium-scale models.
AKIE is a research line under FLUQXO—not a competing product to Shakk. Research from AKIE may eventually contribute technology or models to the wider FLUQXO ecosystem. Experimental metrics and artifacts are not published until their quality, documentation, provenance, and licenses support a credible release.
Research principles
- Hypothesis-driven evaluation: training changes begin with a testable hypothesis, and regressions outside the target metric are investigated.
- Conversation, not isolated prompts alone: fixed multi-turn conversations complement task-level evaluations.
- Prefer uncertainty to fabrication: evaluations should reward calibrated uncertainty over unsupported confidence.
- Reproducible claims: public results should describe the artifact, data conditions, evaluation method, and known limitations.
Current status
The labels below describe public product status and must not be read as claims that model weights or inference endpoints are available on Hugging Face.
